In the first video, even though he fell to the ground after me, he got back up before I did, which proves there was an animation change or that they sped up the game.

In the second video, despite taking continuous damage, his health doesn't drop at all.

Also, his speed is very suspicious, and I wasn't the only one who noticed this; other players noticed it too. I hope everyone else writes down what they observed under this report.

I reviewed the report and noticed that, In the first clip, the player was knocked from behind. The backshot knock animation plays faster than a normal front knock.
In the second clip, it appears to be lag. And he killed villam, got hp and hit at same time
