I was dueling another player when [VU]RajPut* abused a bug on the classic battle arena - he was outside the arena and shot me multiple times.

I understand your concern. However, the boundary I am shooting from isn't rigid. Players inside can still shoot players outside, so it shouldn't be considered an offense.

As for how I ended up outside, it's due to a teleportation bug. This tends to happen when a player is moved between worlds.

I've shared my perspective, let's see what the admins decide on this.

This isn't a bug, it's most likely due to the spawn protection time. As Rajput mentioned, you can shoot him from inside as well. Overall, this isn't considered a rule break if someone does it, but it would be better if the player on the other side comes inside using /su or by reconnecting.
